Get to pick your schedule for the most part

Cons

Didn’t care about employees. Customer satisfaction was #1, but short staffing made that impossible.

-Department I worked in had good leadership and staff -Flexible hours as PRN -Training opportunities

Cons

-Pay raises very minimal -Company cares about hiring as many new people as possible, NOT retaining current staff -Company cares more about profit than patients and staff

Your co-workers are probably good people.

Cons

This is one of the most selfish, corrupt, companies I have ever worked for. They are only concerned about money and not patient safety.
