      The people are the best part of the job. The salary is average but the bonuses are great. The 401k match is exceptional.

      Pros

      The culture that Novant Health promotes throughout the organization goes beyond just written word, it is lived by the employees. During a pandemic Novant Health has shown that they can adapt with the current climate and still deliver exceptional care. Each employee that I have interacted with in my short time has gone above and beyond in helping and teaching.

      Cons

      Novant Health is a very large organization, but this can also be quite a "pro" as well. Large organizations can make it difficult to stand out.
