- The organization values its people, knowing that we have to take care of ourselves and each other before we can take care of patients. - Leadership models what they want in their team members, making it easy to live out the organization's mission, vision and values. - Diversity and inclusion are taken seriously here, and everyone is valued for their unique perspective and what they bring to the table. Cons
- Since we are a health care system, we are never closed, meaning holidays that banks and government entities get are not automatic days off for us. This is made up by copious amounts of PTO to use whenever we want.
