      Pros

      Recently reevaluated salaries and brought us up to and beyond industry standards. A very good boost!

      Cons

      Large organization still trying to fix/blend systems. Access to HR is buried and difficult to access. Change to offshore IT was a terrible idea. Both of these things can b very frustrating.
