      An amazing organization led by a servant leader.

      Internal political dis-connects. Professed openness but my boss was a controlling, charming narcissist who was threaten by openness. .

      NHRMC is constantly saying how important their employees are and their feedback, but their actions speak louder than their words. I would not recommend it.

      Pros

      Close to home, free parking, worker bee employees are great to work with... management lacks compassion for employees and only cares about the almighty dollar, even though Novant is a non-profit IDN.

      Cons

      Favoritism abounds and politics are everywhere. Appearance is everything - look good and not necessarily being good is the theme. They will work you to death if you will let them... and take credit for your hard work without sharing it with you.
