      Pros

      Great company overall, good benefits and opportunity for growth. Well known in the area. The hiring process was a little slow, but once I was brought on officially, the onboarding process was amazingly easy and the two day orientation was fun.

      Cons

      The Whitehall location is TERRIBLE. The quality of employees at that location does not reflect the overall quality of employees that Novant has at other locations. There were a lot of people that were not very smart and had very little business education and/or experience that were given a little too much control and it went right to their heads.

      Pros

      Great benefits with CME reimbursement significantly higher than competitors, health insurance and PTO allotment. Great environment in specialty clinic. Most of the time I feel like they care about job satisfaction but maybe more so in higher positions

      Cons

      Difficult to bridge the gap of hierarchy. No warning of or explanation of layoffs Working greater than 50 hours a week for 40 hour salary
