      Opportunity for Growth and company is ever expanding

      Cons

      Not very family oriented. No financial incentive to stay. Only way to really increase salary is to leave.

      Pros

      Good patient care, mostly due to the people not the company. Good with employee education/inservice. non-profit company.

      Cons

      Too much focus on customer satisfaction, sometimes to the detriment of patient care. Did not show respect for employees, treated like a number, dispensable, loyalty meant nothing. Made too many changes without consulting the opinion of those the changes would effect the most.

      Gave raises only to turn around and lay off people and cut pay. Would not recommend. No trust of upper management
