      Pros

      No Pros except I received a little pay when I needed to work and needed insurance coverage for me and my family.

      Cons

      The don't care about their employees and their well being. They take sides with the trouble makers and liers. If an employee is out of work they will find a way to get rid of them. They talk outside of Novant about confidential information. No one can be trusted.

      Pros

      Benefits were decent, helping others, chose your own schedule, 12 hour work days, meeting new people, working with great hard working employees.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Policy changed frequently no one was on the same page. Corporate greed at its worst. Productivity was no one over actually caring. Ruthless treatment of employees by management. Constant criticism and write-ups which diminishes employee morale. Working dangerously short on units creating added stress and room for mistakes.
