      There is steady work. Great opportunities if you know the right people

      Cons

      Very difficult to move up in the company even though you may have made necessary changes to improve your chances to move up. Such as more education.

      Easy to request time off, great only working 3/7 days a wk

      Cons

      Ever since the company went through a bunch of changes such as a new CEO, there has been many changes. There a many responsibilities on the CNA without the proper pay. There is no advancement in this position unless you are planning on becoming a nurse. Working 3/4 holidays was definitely a con.
