      staff that you work with is great.

      Cons

      The upper management are always adding more and more for the managers to do and be responsible for. They do not treat all managers equal. Some get promoted while others cannot. You have to be apart of the inside click to get treated fairly. They never say anything nice to you and for what a great job you are doing. It's always negative feedback from them when and if you ever see them.

      Employees are not valued and you could loose your Job in a heartbeat Management acts and talks like they are a caring group, but are really looking for every opportunity to reduce their bottom line- jobs, supplies, continuing ed.
