      Pros

      On the floor, the teamwork between the staff is impeccable. The benefits are great too. Also, the beach is 10 minutes away.

      Cons

      Pay Rate per hour is low due to the area and lack of competition, and the staffing ratios are awful; 6:1 on most of the floors.

      PTO, staff, benefits, hospital discounts, private building.

      Cons

      Some Directors are not capable of being leaders and are threatened by their staff who appear motivated for growth. These directors do not walk the walk; not leaders to look up to.
