Pros

Not for profit healthcare system that truly cares about their patients. Patient safety is a huge deal. Growing quickly in the Charlotte, NC market and surrounding areas. Lots of opportunity for personal development and growth. Encourages work life balance.

Cons

Employment retention is not a priority. Doesn't seem to support team building activities to build stronger teams in their medical group and this can let gaps form between team members and therefore have issue with retention. Difficult to get into the healthcare system.

Epic Dimensions Overrated

Pros

My coworkers (when I had them) were wonderful. The Epic (dimensions) team had some good team members.

Cons

Leadership hand picked via reorgs who they wanted in leadership positions, even though those chosen did not qualify for the jobs they were given. There is complete favoritism at this company on many levels. They expect you to work over 40 hours, and you'll never get appreciated or thanked for the work you do.
