      Pros

      Stable insurance benefits and generous vacation. Most staff really wants to do a good job and the right thing. Employees are generally very generous and caring people.

      Cons

      Too many Chiefs. Too many powers pods. You have to go through multiple departments to get the simplest things done. Everybody has to weigh in on everything, Very Top Heavy. Could reduce management positions furthest from the hands on positions. Too many VP's of everything.

      Pros

      I have exstensive experience in technical writing. I can configure hardware and and software. I taught classes for Navy Intelligence personal and a community. I would like to state at $20,000.

      Cons

      It is always a challenge keeping up with I.T. changes. I have not been only a technical writer. For a few years.

      Good pay and training, benefits better than other hospitals in the area.

      Cons

      Bad staffing, some management is not helpful and many of the nurses are not welcoming.
