      Poor facility

      Pros

      Will hire any warm body to fill the roster. No experience needed, not concerned with current political.

      Cons

      Key machines always down which makes it nearly impossible to achieve sterility. Management is fairly incompetent, fairly shows their face on the floor. This facility does not meet recertification standards, credit for in-service and hours worked towards CEU are not allowed in this facility. Furthermore they will not follow their own contract. In short ; anything to cut corners

      Benefits are good compared to other hospital systems here on NC coast.

      Cons

      Do not stick to their word about scheduling. Somewhat racist environment especially at the CA level in my area (all white females).
