      Pros

      The organization does really care about quality and patient satisfaction. They used to care about employee satisfaction, but recent events show that is not the case.

      Cons

      Unstable organization. Downsizing, which is causing those who stay to become bitter and engaging in back biting and undermining behavior. Too much uncertainty. They over extended themselves and now are having to pull back in many areas.
