Company asked active employees to leave positive reviews on glassdoors.Company grew fast but policies and procedures remain outdated and barely there. Inexperienced Managers in place across the Company. No advancement opportunities exist.

The upper management team (VP and up to CEO) has created a very caustic and intimidating work environment which has steadily eroded any sense of pride and motivation. People tend to avoid eye contact and even take alternative walking routes to avoid this team. The leadership team has also tended to eliminate the "good" leaders in the organization. These are the ones who understood the work force, could motivate good teams, and promote a team effort to accomplish goals. In their place, they have hired management with the same caustic approach to leadership. The voluntary exodus of good employees who do not want to work in this type of culture has already begun and I foresee it continuing unless this terrible culture is reversed.
