Pros

The company has renewed the management team in many areas. Very competent and building a strong company You really feel you are making an impact You can wear multiple hats which increases the learning experience and potentially career growth It is a small company getting bigger so you can still have the feel of a small company and have an entrepreneur mind set You are empowered to make change happen Benefits are good

Cons

There is not real cons I see at this stage. There is a lot of work as other reviews suggest but then it is a job so you would expect this. The company is growing so it means that we have to work hard to get there. A lot of work yes but with a sentiment of satisfaction at the end of the day.

Pros

The people. Clean, open, spacious, modern and well-lit environment. Food on the premises for those who do not have time to go out.

Cons

It's a pro and a con. While it's great to be constantly busy, some people take on too much or too much is thrust upon them.
