Cons

The owner of the company would walk around the office and if he didn't see us in our cubical on any given day would mark us down for a lower raise at the yearly review. Didn't matter if we'd simply chosen the wrong time to eat lunch, use the restroom, or were actually sick and working from home (which the company allows) we were perceived as unproductive. Management often spoke about us like we were "development resources" instead of actual people. Add all that to their application being a major legacy project and I would not recommend anyone work here. You won't be gaining experience on modern technologies and it will pigeon hole your career path into a niche market with little room to expand. We spent 90% of our time just finding and fixing bugs in their massive spaghetti code, not actually developing new features or improving the application.
