      Pros

      It was a great initiative with patient and specialty services, where they were building an end to end workflow to provide medication from manufacturer to patient. Most of my team members were hard-working and wonderful. My contract pay was great!

      Cons

      Nobody on the PSS program knew what they were doing. They were trying to follow, scaled agile framework, but the execution was extremely poor. Most workers ended up putting in overtime, the timelines were extremely unrealistic, work life balance was pretty much nonexistent. I not only left the company, but immediately sought out therapy to reduce my stress levels.

      401k match is pretty good

      Cons

      Changed remote policy after boasting about their their choice with responsibility policy. They arbitrarily changed it. Politics are brutal Work load is insane, can't take vacation without checking email Their diversity and gender equity initiatives have hurt the company

      Pros

      Variable company culture between groups lets you find friends anywhere, and there are true gems of groups hidden about. If you strike upon one of these, it reads like many of the positive reviews.

      Cons

      I was catfished with my role only scantly matching what was promised. With the internal promotion system stagnant and opportunities for cross-training slim (if not openly discouraged within my own group), it is neither a place for professional growth or scientific curiosity. Finally, I witnessed several acts of bullying and sexism followed quickly by jokes about "being written up by HR".
