- psicological pressure e.g. mobbing seems to be part of company values and behaivours. - long stayed people often are useless -in generally the level of professionality is not so high as could be expected, but the arrogance and never accept own mistakes or errors are out of mesure -hr people are not too skilled and most worried about their promotions duing powerpoint presentation -many people specially managers change the position to higher or to same level every 1.5 -2 years. What could be achived for the company during this short time?
