      Pros

      Very defined processes make everything less chaotic Growing emphasis on developing people Great products Leadership is very invested in creating a more dynamic culture

      Cons

      Those invested in the old culture with a rigid hierarchy do not want to adapt to the new culture that is being developed by senior leadership. Wages stagnated and stock bonuses were decreased over time. No recognition of cost of living in compensation makes them uncompetitive regionally in high cost of living areas

      There are none. You can't even get into the company.

      Cons

      It seems the only way to get into this company is thru the "good ole boy" system. You have to know someone that knows someone that knows someone to get your resume reviewed. Otherwise, it's "thank you for taking the time..... but we have other candidates...."

      Recent loss of talent, leaving those who are less valuable... Spread portfolio weakens focus and impact Sense there is politics at upper management, it is not apparent that everyone at that table earned it by merit/competence; these weaker leaders make decisions which put the org at risk; the encouraged path is to "find a way" to continue working with them even though they carry with them an uninspiring, draining, toxic style...
