      Pros

      -Very easy to pick up new tutoring assignments. -No pressure to tutor more students than you are comfortable working with. -Invoices are approved on time, and pay is very good for this type of work. -The management is focused on ensuring that the student meets his/her academic goals and progresses, which is refreshing in an industry where sometimes the main concern is picking up as many clients as possible or forcing clients into more sessions than they are comfortable doing.

      Pros

      The company runs like a family! Everyone including the department heads, educational coordinators, and tutors care about one thing and one thing only: seeing every student and family as more than just numbers and schedules. Their clients are their main focus and they do everything they can to make sure students don't just improve their grades, but improve their minds and build CONFIDENCE!

      NovaStar is a company that strives to foster real, caring relationships with its clients. Tutors are carefully assigned to each student to assure the best match-up. The staff always acts in a timely manner and clients are always satisfied with results.

      Cons

      Tutoring has the disadvantage of not being able to work before 3 pm.
