      Pros

      NovaStar staff communicate very well with the tutors and parents. There is no confusion or misunderstanding. You will always get a feed back and any support you need !!!!

      Cons

      I have no challenges at work. NovaStar Prep staff are very relaxed and they appreciate their tutors. Tutors will always hear appreciation for all the hard work.

      This company , the staff are very personable and help each other out. Everyone is very kind and understanding , their attitude motivates me to give more to the wonderful small business they are. They also have a strong client base so work is always available as an employee.

      Cons

      Being part time i have not exhibited any downsides. I have not been pushed to work outside my own comfort level at all nor have I felt I was ignored or looked over

      Caring, Conscientious Company to Tutor For

      Pros

      I've been a tutor working with middle- and high-school students for the last 8 months. NovaStar keeps me busy with assignments that fit my skills. The people who work in the office are caring, organized, and committed to both the families and the tutors. I love working with my students, and that NovaStar makes it easy.

      Cons

      Just the driving for tutoring...but that's how it is.
