Recently got done with interview and orientation. Must say Novastar really cares about their employees and is a very motivation and inspiration driven company. Interview process was easy, basic questions about getting to know the person closely and looking for the passionate individuals. Orientation was very inspiring, lively, and full of positive energy that would make any person feel more confident about the job.

- Staff is kind, diverse, and genuinely seeking to better education and build confidence in students so that they are successful in education -Most concerned about the people and the relationships that they build opposed to making a quick buck on your child's intellectual challenges -Extremely communicative; emails and phone calls all day to maintain order and keep staff up-to-date -Encouraging atmosphere and upper management staff who are not willing to compromise their record to make money -Always looking for input from learning coaches and ways to improve the company overall -Awards staff for what may seem like mini milestones -Upholds rules and safety regulations for the protection of the staff -Organized database in which clientele and other records can be stored -Timely pay and pay stub records -Respectful, honest, and committed
