      Pros

      I am able to meet with students that I am matched with to help them with certain subject areas Pay is on time Hours are flexible when I need it Parents and Company Employees are supportive Excellent learning environments online and in person

      Cons

      I have to drive a bit farther than wanted at times but I really do not enjoy driving far but it is worth it.
