I have joined them for better career opportunities and they showed me the direction. I have grown professionally and personally and I am in a position that I could show directions to others. I was very open on my expectations and opportunities. I am sure one day, I will be back in this company in a bigger role and I would love to do that.
Cons
Organization has changed a lot since I have joined but there is still lot of improvements needed in terms of Processes and educating employees.
