      Staff and management of this company is horrible,all the good reviews written by current Novisync management and staff, please don't trust these good reviews, nothing good in Novisync! I request you please don't stay with Novisync,since last 2 years almost 30 employees quit Novisync due to this company didn't pay their salaries,so please plan perfectly and leave the company if they come to know they willn't pay your salary.

      Pros

      I have joined them for better career opportunities and they showed me the direction. I have grown professionally and personally and I am in a position that I could show directions to others. I was very open on my expectations and opportunities. I am sure one day, I will be back in this company in a bigger role and I would love to do that.

      Cons

      Organization has changed a lot since I have joined but there is still lot of improvements needed in terms of Processes and educating employees.

      Terrible work environment, Awful management

      Dog friendly office. Good office location with lousy management .

      Cons

      One HR person has no idea what she is doing but she is really good at documentation
