Despite strong performance and initiative- internal career growth was limited. Many were passed over for roles that they were qualified for, Witnessed several high performing individuals leave due to burnout feeling undervalued or experiencing retaliation for speaking up Leadership within the department often ignored employee feedback or dismissed ethical concerns, creating a culture of fear and frustration

Breaks, decent benefits, cool managers, and coworkers

Cons

Pay is meh, no annual raises other than some change for a col, little room for growth in the company, job can be very physically demanding with poorly designed manufacturing processes that can often create an unsafe working environment. Machines are extremely loud, and poorly maintained, sanitation in the facility is nearly non existent. Massive employee turnaround due mostly to the reasons I’ve mentioned.
