Thank you for your feedback. We’re so happy that you enjoy your coworkers and steady work! As the company continues to grow, we are working on how to better unite all of our locations and employees. We have several strategic plans in place including regular employee communications from our new Senior VP of HR to help unite the employee population. Stay tuned as more initiatives come to light! Pros

2 years ago this was a great bright place to work with lots of promises. Decent benefits minus the cost if you have kids then not so much.

Cons

Recently the company instituted mandatory overtime for all employees regardless of any reasoning behind such overtime not being voluntary. Then they adjusted everyone's lunch to 15 minutes and thanked everyone for "volunteering for the shortened lunches". So people are now working 11 hour shifts with a total of 30 minutes off for the entire day. The moral is horrible, the management has no care for the employees and continues to hire externally for positions that the internal employees already qualify for, support is miserable, and the HR department is sooner to assist management than employees with any issues they may be having. Recently the company has been firing people who return from maternity leave, and people who serve in the National Guard are discouraged from applying, or not hired. The HR department has issues with state accomodation for the learning disabilities and for medical FMLA. Threatening employees with termination if they do not become a team player, and that "everyone suffers the same". If what management does is suffer I think I can handle their "level" of suffering compared to mine. They set ridiculous standards on the employees and fail to lead by example.
