Mostly all good in house management except for one. Regional and Plant Manager is Awesome.....

Cons

Long hours, low pay scales for Paper Industry which I’m sure makes for the revolving door that’s happening. Health benefits are terrible. I’d rather pay more for better. Shift differential pay between shifts is unheard of and unfair, less warehouse work and less traffic working night hours.

Nothing is organized. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. All about the money. Doesn’t care too much for the handlers
