Pros

A place I feel comfortable working at. I feel cared for by my boss, coworkers and HR. I enjoy the sense of competition in the market and knowing I play a role in that.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the hybrid work schedule. My personal preference would be fully work from home since the office is loud being next to the warehouse as well there is very little to no interaction required to fulfill the role.

Not always on par with other businesses when it comes to wages Lots of hoops to jump through due to American owners
