Okay pay and benefits. Some are great coworkers and miss them. Old hours 5 days a week was best for work life balance until they changed it

Cons

Biased pay and treatment, example payed same to train new hire after being w company for 3 years . Hours are flexible for those people HR favors too . Changed promises on shift days from 8hr to 5 days , weekends volunteer to swing shift . Extreme heat .

Fairly easy job, not physical, great team around and people are friendly

Cons

Shift work on 3 shift pattern, nights. Afternoons, morning on 6in 2 off rotation.
