Job title of my position was “preflight coordinator”. Upon my arrival, it was changed to graphic coordinator, which meant my role entailed doing what 3-4 people once did independently to a single person. If you enjoy a good work/life balance than this isn’t the position for you.

A lot of favoritism, and point system is terrible. They take points for any and everything but regardless of quality of work attendance u have to wait 12 months to get point back.
