The Teamwork is top shelf. A very high performance Management team that compliment one another with different skill sets.

Cons

From a managers standpoint the rotating 12 hour shifts makes it difficult to keep visibility on half of your department for 5 weeks at a time.

•Room for promotion. •Lots of overtime for operators and adjustors. •Worked through the pandemic, wasn't cut any hours. •Unique crew of worker

Cons

•12 hour shifts. •Production floor is hot during the Arizona Summers. •Long hour on your feet.
