      Set schedule, 4 days a week, overtime every check, always busy but not overworked, professional environment, great health and dental benefits, annual reviews/raises, company sponsored lunches, bonuses.

      Cons

      Not really any, no air conditioning would be about it.

      every 2 hr breaks, easy labor no heavy lifting paid lunch

      once the machine goes down you never know how many down time you'll have and down time there is BORING

      I've had 3 bosses in 1.5 years, and there have been 4 reorgs. Can't get anything done myself because upper mgmt can't stick to a direction.
