set schedule, decent pay, desperately needs workers so they won’t fire you if you miss a lot of days

Cons

Unhelpful supervisors, production is main priority not safety. would rather excuse a court note than a doctors note.

Great management that is eager to help you grow in your career. Room for advancement especially if you are willing to relocate.

Cons

For my the traditional workplace did not work. If it works for you then this a great place to work and grow. Especially if you have SAP experience.
