Pros

Everything is biodegradable, hours are flexible

Cons

They have a chaotic sense of where products are, and if you are the newest, they expect you to do all the small things for everyone else's orders

upper management typically doesn't communicate well and micro manages often hostile frustrating environment many people filing complaints
