      It is not as bad a sweatshop as some other CPA firms

      Cons

      Very cliqueish culture. If you aren't in a clique, you're career prospects are doomed. Many of the partners do staff level work in order to keep their chargeable hours up. They don't teach the staff.

      Friendly environment to work Managers and Partners are friendly and helpful Food during busy season so you will not starve working 55+ hours per week Firm is growing very quickly and your knowledge about accountancy grows quicker! The firm values hard work and dedication.
