Pros

SVPs, VPs, Directors and Managers are all friendly and helpful until they are not!

Cons

Everyone is friendly and helpful until they have too much work on and are in over their heads at what they are doing but receive no help from management or the PeopleTeam. Lots of SVPs, VPs, Directors and Managers actually do not know what they are doing - directing and managing.

Toxic culture, inorganic growth, absent leadership

Pros

The company seems to have a PR machine or fairy godparent opening doors for it. Variety of work is great and learning opportunities on systems and projects

Cons

Where to start! Absent CEO, insecure leadership lacking in experience and maturity. A hollow culture. This is not a company that is being built to last years or decades, gpus are treated more carefully than the employees. Toxic, negative culture with a ceo either too self absorbed or immature to get to know people or thank them. Disinterested and fake words about values, company is built for an external audience and here, the loudest or newest new recruits are rewarded based on whichever leader brought them in. Cliques, limited support or development offered and quietly high attrition. If you leave, your reputation is tarnished by the leaders enabled by a cynical legal and people team. Do not come here except you are planning to remove from your CV. Question everything you are told. No one is actually in charge. It is jaunt got lucky. Not sustainable long-term because they hide problems and don't learn.

Toxic, toxic, toxic

Pros

Will entice you with a slightly above average salary

Cons

If you want somewhere you feel respected, secure and supported then I would look elsewhere. The culture is super toxic and everyone is competing to be the best. Management do what they want, when they want and do not consider their employees in anything they do. I know multiple people who are trying to get out before it’s too late and they are dismissed (I have seen multiple unjustified dismissals in the few months I have been here).
