Pros

They take care of their employees and I've never had any issues with my manager or HR. Benefits like PTO are good and health insurance is good quality and very cheap for the employee.

Cons

Haven't seen a raise since I've started.

Leadership listens to concerns and makes efforts to keep employees happy. They routinely express thanks to employees. Seems they do a great job at retaining top talent. Everyone I’ve worked with has been professional and highly skilled.

Cons

Yearly raise is small. Generally about 2% even with high performance reviews.

Pros

NuAxis really seems to value its people. They have definitely been the best employer I've had so far in my 21 year career in IT.

Cons

Since they are a Federal contractor, a lot of the quality of the job depends on factors beyond their control.
