Pros

Very collaborative environment with executives who engage with all employees. Great focus on promoting internally, and the company's expansive contract portfolio allows for professional growth opportunities.

Cons

Experiencing some growing pains as the company expands related to the internal infrastructure, but the back office staff is always helpful and focuses on keeping employees productive and happy.

Pros

They gave us a $40 Amazon gift card at Christmas Pay is standard They want you to work 42 1/2 hours a week (8 1/2 a day including lunch) - this is less than most IT jobs

Cons

Every Thursday staff meeting contains negative feedback and comments on what employees are doing wrong. I am not exaggerating. They emphasize ticket quotas and require that you hit at least 100 tickets a month and then if you are hitting those quotas will change tact and say you need to improve ticket quality. You will only have 10 days total time off including sick days, personal time and vacation for the first three years. They want you to literally mark down the exact minute you sign in and sign out each day. You will be micromanaged, you will need to follow strict rules - over 30 rules or be "immediately terminated" This company is completely demoralizing and does nothing to make you feel good about working as a part of the team. There have to be better options out there and I highly recommend you look for them

Potential to be better

Pros

Flexible work hours and decent work load

Cons

There is a problem with unchecked and repeated unprofessionalism such as office bullying, gossip and verbal harassment. Upper Management turns their backs on issues and complaints to avoid confrontation. Upper Management has overly empowered a select few while letting the rest of the office fall into a negative environment with no action to resolve. By choosing inaction, it affects all levels of the organization and causes low office morale.
