In today's date there are many many CONS. 1. Black Friday of Nucleus in NOV-DEC 2013 when it announced or fired 110 Employees that too from Software Engineer to Senior System Analyst almost equivalent to Ass Proj Mgr simply of low performance and productivity but bitter reality was politics,partiality,harassment. 2. Second utmost blunder by HR Deptt when it fired 4 freshers who had hardly joined Nucleus 2 months back same useless and unauthentic reasons ie. low performance, i wonder still today how and what they judged in those innocent freshers in such a small time above all Nucleus itself broke the bond of 1 yr from them. These two blunder episodes created the environment of job insecurity,hatred,aggression and frustration within the whole premises.Due to which a good number of senior employees including APM and PM level employees have left and are still leaving from Nucleus. 3.Leaving nucleus was never the culture of Nucleus Campus infact the first formost reason for leaving are unacceptable HR policies which are beneficial for employees today,secondly huge and unbearable pressure on employees due to resource crunch, third outdated technologies,fourth politics,partiality which includes harassment as well,last salary issues. 4.No opportunity for sharing creative thoughts as seniors are not ready to welcome because for them taking risks means,issues occurrences and escalations from clients and scolding from their senior mgmt but these things vary from Deptt to Deptt.
