-A lot of internal pride -Nucor really cares about the people -Pays more than equivalent positions with same qualifications -Strong business ethics and values -Historically a thriving company -Holds very high standards for everyone

Cons

-Also a lot of internal pride -Very immature IT infrastructure team structure -IT infrastructure structure is very behind in terms of Infrastructure as Code -Company does not clearly define line between employee responsibilities and external contractors -Lack of coordination between corporate groups and difficulties with corporate politics

There is a sense of teamwork that makes us a family, not many leave they just retire with a sense of pride that they were part of a great family.

Cons

There's always challenges but that is the reason you have a team to work on them and solve these issues together so in that respect there really are no cons just opportunity to get better.
