- Direct supervisors take HR matters into their own hands - Time cards are refused to be submitted unless you agree that you have taken a meal time, even if you haven’t - Supervisors consistently scream and get into employees faces when they do not like someone -Management preaches on Nucors core values of integrity and teamwork but they don’t practice it themselves
