      Pros

      Pay is low but with bonus it is above average for the area. Bonus is not guaranteed so you can't really count on it every year.

      Cons

      If you want to advance in this organization there is absolutely no work/life balance. They expect you to work like a dog. Shift work is absolutely brutal. 4 days on/ 4 off then 4 nights on and 4 off. Switching from days to nights is awful and not good for your health. Cost of benefits are fairly low but so is the coverage. 401k match is a joke.
