Dont care about employees, Training is a joke when it comes to there training program you must take when you get hired, Treats you bad if you are confused about anything, doesnt take the time to understand what is going on with there employees

There is little room for growth within each division. There are only a few tiers of management, so it is very difficult to advance in the company. I have seen many divisions struggle with internal relationships. It can get distracting and escalate to the point where people go out of their way to avoid each other.
