      great for someone green starting out in the industry

      4 on 4 off schedule. stock options. can make a good living if the plant is performing well. Plant doesnt look past people who are green with no industrial experience.

      Cons

      Pay for production bonus. Vacation pay was 60%-70% of what you would have received if had you been at work for that week. Overtime pay is formulated to decrease per hour as the OT hours build. No holiday pay incentive for shift workers. Plant will hire people who are green with basically no mechanical aptitude or industrial experience
