Pros
Great pay, Bonus and Profit sharing, Opportunities to advance and team atmosphere. Great place for someone to make a career if they wish to do so.
Cons
Swing shift work, coverage based vacation, 12+ hour shifts in less than ideal conditions, expected to come in on off days In some positions, production day-time jobs are very limited not giving production employees the option to go to days only, advancement requires a lot of sacrifice and sometimes it’s hard to put family first in order to succeed.
