Hardly no women in leadership positions. Administration teammates are paid way below what they should be, considering how much Nucor leaders brag about how much money the company makes. Favoritism is rampant! The better you do your job, the less you are valued. They tend to reward and tolerate poor performers. Company says they promote from within and don’t put emphasis on having a degree, but that isn’t true.
