Easy and straightforward. They are good about giving you time off.

Cons

Workplace culture can be a bit cult-like for some of the management. They may take their job more seriously and reprimand you for minor mistakes. However, there were some managers that understood that this is just a part-time job for you. Those ones will take care of you - just make sure to find them.
